The 2007 State Budget of Azerbaijan has intended to allocate finances with AZN 253 mln. increase from 2005 and AZN 128 mln. from 2006 for the health system of the Country, the Finance Minister of Azerbaijan, Samir Sharifov told Trend.
According to him, the budget expenditure in this sector has increased by 60%.
The share of the health sector in the gross domestic products equals 1.6% and in general State expenditures, 6.2%.
This year AZN 225 mln. has been allocated from the State Budget for this purpose, with an increase of AZN 95 mln. from 2005.
