The Head of the Technical Management Department of Det.Al Limited, Jigir Diner, said that the Company intends to increase the volume of the production in Dashkesen Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise, Trend reports.
According to him, it is intended to increase the production in 2007 up to 800,000 tons. The Enterprise began production and processing iron ore in October 2006. Over the next three years, the investments to Dashkesen Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise are planned at the level of $235 mln. The investments will be put by Det.Al Limited and Noble Group Limited.
The Department Head said that a Granulations Plant for producing iron granules will be constructed in the near future. Thereafter, the construction of successive reduction plant and steel plant will begin.
According to the agreement signed with the State Commitee on Management of State Property of Azerbaijan on purchase of the shares of Dashkesen Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise, Det.Al Limited firstly restored the Enterprise.
