Foreign companies engaged in international air carriages have no plans to increase tariffs on their services after the recent increase in tariffs on energy carriers in the country.

Trend reports that the Local Representative Offices of Russia Aeroflot and UK British Mediterranean Airways said that the prices on the tickets have not been changed after the tariffs on petrol, diesel and jet fuels increased.

World's largest air cargo carrier, Cargo Lux has not changed its tariffs as well.

The increase in prices on fuel has not had any influence on the prices on air cargo carriages yet, a source in Cargo Lux said.

The prices on the tickets of Austrian Airlines and Turkish Airlines have remained unchanged. Touching upon purchasing fuel for airplanes, the sources in Cargo Lux and Turkish Airlines told Trend that they buy jet fuel in Azerbaijan according to the local prices, not the international ones.

At the end of the last week, the Azerbaijan Tariff Council made a decision on introducing new tariffs on energy carriers. According to the decision of the Council, the new price on petrol marked A-95 increased up to 0,06 manats, Рђ-92 and Рђ-80 вЂ" 0,55 manats, diesel fuel - 0,45 manats.
