Baku Steel Company, a large metallurgical enterprise of Azerbaijan, intends to increase the prices of its products, Trend reports quoting the Company. The main reason for the price rise is the recent price increase of energy carriers in Azerbaijan.
At present, the price per ton of 12 x 40 raw steel, including VAT, amounted to AZN 500.39 and a ton of 2 x 8 raw steel at AZN 509.74, the same source stated. The price percentage increase will be discussed by the Executive Board of the Company after 15 January, and the decision will be presented to appropriate organizations.
