The National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employees) of Azerbaijan has completed the implementation of the project Increasing Employment Activity in the Productiveness and Capability to Compete in Azerbaijan. The project has been implemented under the support of the International Labor Organization (ILO), Trend reports referring to a press-release of the National Confederation being spread today.
The major aim of the implementation was to develop and strengthen aid intended for the increase in the productiveness and capability to compete, as well as to up level business skills of the entrepreneurs.
Within the project, research of the situation with the productiveness and ability to compete in the processing industry and tourism, issues with business development, staff policy, taxation, implementation of the program in the field of tourism and agriculture had been held within the project in the six districts of the country: Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, Lankaran, Lerik, and Astara. A report has been prepared in result of the research.
The conference dedicated to the discussion of the results of the project will be held on January 17, 2007.
