The meeting between Elman Rustamov, the Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of Azerbaijan (NBA) and Aygen Yayikoghlu, the new Head of EBRD Baku Office, has been held today in the NBA Head Office. Trend reports quoting a message being spread by NBA, that during the meeting, they viewed the current cooperation between Azerbaijan and EBRD, projects implemented in the banking sector of the country, as well as priorities in the new EBRD strategy for Azerbaijan for 2008-2010. The Heads of NBA and EBRD Baku discussed issues on raising possibilities of accesses to financial services in the regions( particularly, financial services in the agriculture), cooperation in the issue of development of small and medium enterprises.
