(autoinsidernews) вЂ" Audi has released a collection of new press materials for its 2008 R8 sports car, including plenty of new images and a nine- (yes, nine) part press release.
Unveiled at the Paris Motor Show last September and going on sale later this year, the R8 is based on the Lamborghini Gallardo, reports Trend.
The R8 is powered by a 4.2L V8 delivering 420-hp, and is capable of accelerating to 62 mph in just over four seconds. The mid-engined two-seater features all-LED headlights вЂ" the first time used in production.
