The Accounting Chamber of Azerbaijan (AC) discussed the results of the audit on using the finances allocated from the State budget to Yolnegliyyatservis Department of the Tranport Ministry of Azerbaijan as part of Industrial and construction expenses.
The Regulation of the Department has been confirmed as LLC. It was made clear that the costs have been increased in the reports on the contract cost of projects Repair of automobile road Masalli Yardimli and Bridge over Gurudere on Agdash-Zargan road. In addition, shortfalls have been discovered in the projects on construction of Baku ring road, Baku-Gusar-Samur roads, etc.
As a result of the discussions, it was decided to present to the attention of the Transport Ministry and Ministry of Justice that the requirements of the Civil Code of Azerbaijan have not been implemented while registering and confirming the Regulation of Yolnegliyyatservis, and AZN 51,4 mln allocated to the project should be returned to the State budget..
