The Baku Metro has postponed the terms on submitting applications for participation, and paying banking fee and other documents on a tender to purchase 220 tons marked R-50 necessary for the rail management and resources to be delivered on February 19, 2007, a source in the Tender Panel of the Metro informed Trend. The term on submitting al the above-mentioned documents was previously fixed to February, 23, 2007. The banking guarantees and tender bids should be submitted not later than February 27, 2007. The tender will be held on February 28, 2007. Those candidates will have advantage in the forthcoming tender who could offer a lower price, high quality, timely implementation of the project, rich experience in the implementation analogous projects, and financial situation. All the expenditures on the delivery of the production should be financed by the sender.
