A Russian Air Company Determined Preliminary Date on Opening Flight to Baku

A Russian air company, KD Avia appealed to the State Concern AZAL with a request to open the flight вЂ" Baku-Kaliningrad (Russia)-Baku. The flight will be opened in May, 2007, a source in AZAL informed Trend. According to the State Concern, Azerbaijan Airlines is currently vowing the issue on opening flights to be conducted by another Russian air company, UTAIR.

KD Air is carrying out active preparatory works for expanding the geography of its flights via opening new flights to Baku, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Volgograd, Astana, Prague, Hannover, London, Barcelona. Installing such considerable route network is the key priority for the launch of the project of the united jointing aviation junction in the Kaliningrad Airport which will take place on July 14-15, 2007.
