Supported by the International Labor Organization, the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan completed the 1st stage of the project The role of entrepreneurs in liquidating the child labor in agriculture, Trend reports with reference to the statement of the Confederation. The key goal of the project is to expand the opportunities of the entrepreneurs in liquidating the child labor in cotton-growing. From 2007 the Confederation has begun to realize the 2nd stage of the project. The primary goal of the visit is to decrease the role of the entrepreneurs in using child labor in tea and tobacco collection. The presentation of the project will take place on February 2. The goals and plans of the project will be presented during the presentation.
The initial plans of the project include conducting research work in the tea and tobacco plantations and hold a relevant event on the base of the results.
