Azerbaijan will participate at a conference on agricultural research. The conference will be attended by the Head of the Scientific-Agrarian Center of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Agriculture, Asad Musayev, Trend reports with referring to the Center.
Organized by the Global Forum on Agricultural Research (GFAR) and the International Center for Agricultural Research in Dry Areas (ICARDA), the conference Expert consultations on defining priorities of agricultural researches will take place on March 7th to 9th in Tashkent. The conference is expected to be attended by countries of the Near East and South Caucasus.
The conference aims to discuss priorities of agricultural research in separate countries. During the conference, Musayev is expected to inform of priorities and directions of agrarian research in Azerbaijan.
As a result of the event, there are plans to identify the priorities and ways of conducting agricultural research of the countries participating in the conference.
