Serjan Duysebayev, the Deputy Chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Kazakhstan Finance Ministry, informed Trend that the Kazakhstan Committee has plans to study Azerbaijan experience on the control over vessels on the offshore boundaries of the country.
Along with Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan intends to get acquainted with the work in the field of protection of offshore boundaries of all the Caspian Basin countries.
As far back as in 2006, Kazakhstan representatives repeatedly met Aydin Aliyev, the Chairman of the Azerbaijan Customs Committee. During these meetings, the parties discussed cooperation between the two countries in the field of customs, said Mr. Duysebayev.
Only Caspian regional department of the Kazakhstan Customs Committee will study the work of the Azerbaijan Customs Committee.
