2-Room Flats Were Most Popular in Baku in 2006

The demand on apartments changed in the Baku City real estate market in 2006 by the number of rooms, Trend reports quoting appraising Caspian Property Services.

According to the Company, the demand on one-room flats in 2006 increased by 27%. The average price on them reached 1137$ per square meter. The demand on two-room flats increased by 33,3% at an average price of 948$ per square meter, the demand on three-room apartments increased by 28,4% (1085$ per square meter), demand on four-room apartments increased by 27,5% in 2006 at an average price of 1042$ per square meter, demand on five-room apartments increased by 14,6% (794$ per one square meter).
