Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend Khalilova / The Azerbaijan Ministry for Economic Development has concluded the development of a draft State Program on Education of Azerbaijani Youths Abroad.
The Ministry reported that at the present time the State Program is being co-ordinated with other state bodies. The major direction of the State program is the formation of labor markets in accordance with the requirements of competitive capacity of the economic system, covering the country's advanced demands in specialists meeting, selection of youths for training abroad and the provision of transparency in the process.
It is planned to attract representatives of international organizations active in the country, non-governmental organizations (NGO), such as IREX, BTMM, American Councils for Education, Azerbaijani youth studying in foreign countries, as well as the media.
Furthermore, the international experience regarding youth education is being studied and contacts are established with the organizations having similar experiences.
