Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Khalilova / The Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan (SCC), Safar Mehdiyev, said that the SCC expects to, within a month, agree up on the proposals on transition to four-level differentiated tariff system.
