Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr S.Aliyev / The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is finalizing the development of a draft document to establish an Aviation Administration in Azerbaijan.
The Cabinet of Ministers officials reported that the Administration will function as a separate body in Government.
This establishment will carry out the control, certification, training of personnel, as well as Azerbaijan representation at international organizations on air transportation and the implementation of conventions of civil aviation in which Azerbaijan participates.
The government noted that commercial functions will be retained by AZAL state air company.
