Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Khalilova / The Head of the Trade Representation of Russian Federation in Azerbaijan, Yuri Shedrin, said that the visit of the Chairman of the Federation Council of the High Chamber of Russia, Sergey Mironov, to Baku has been scheduled for 26-28 March.
The visit has been organized within the Agreement on Inter-Parliamentary Co-operation between the Federal Assembly of Russia and Parliament of Azerbaijan.
Mironov's first visit to Azerbaijan took place in 2004. The parliamentarians of Azerbaijan also make regular visits to Russia. "During the visits, the parliamentarians of the two countries bring together their positions and exchange views on legislative initiatives," Shedrin said.
