Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / The Head of the State Service of Real Estate Registry of Azerbaijan, Arif Garashov, said that on 22 March the Board of Directors of the World Bank will consider the project of real estate registration and development of the land cadastre regime in Azerbaijan.
According to him, the project is intended for a period of five years. The amount of the credit will be $38 mln, with $13 mln from the State budget of Azerbaijan. "The project aims to ensure transparency in real estate registration and development of photo cards in the cpuntry," he said.
The main beneficiaries of the assistance will be State Service of Real Estate Registry and State Committee on Management of State Property.
