Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr S. Aliyev/ Salim Muslimov, the Head of the State Fund for Population Social Protection, has begun today that the State Fund is completing negotiations to pay social insurance to those foreign citizens working in Azerbaijan.
"We have had problems only with the projects of the development of the Azerbaijani offshore gas condensate field of "Shah Daniz" and bloc of fields "Azeri-Chiragh-Gunashli" (ACG). Today, we are in the last stage of negotiations on this issue. I hope that this will be completely solved by the end of March 2007," said the Head of the Fund. He noted that to date, about 5,000 foreigners working in Azerbaijan had been registered in the State Fund for Population Social Protection.
