Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend corr. I. Khalilova / Commercial UniBank is expected to launch the placement of interest-bearing non-documentary registered bonds starting from March 30, 2007, Trend reports quoting a message being spread by BSEX (Baku Stock Exchange). The volume of the forthcoming issue is AZN 2.250 mln at a face value of one bond at AZN 1000. The annual interest rate on the bonds has been fixed at a rate of 13.5 percent, with the circulation period of 180 days.
According to the prospectus of the issue, the placement will be carried out by means of an open signing at BSEX. UniBank OJSC will be the underwriter of the forthcoming placement of the bonds.
