Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Khalilova / The Society of Azerbaijani-Turkish Business People stated that a business-forum is planned to be held on 8 June 2007 in Moscow, with the participation of the business people from Azerbaijan, Turkey and Russia. The forum will be organized in the building of the Chamber of Industry and Trade of Russia. After the plenary session, the business people will have opportunities to hold bilateral and trilateral talks in various sectors (finance, agro-industry and agriculture, tourism, machine-building, etc.). As a result, the organizers of the forum will pass a joint statement and sign a co-operation protocol.
The Society of Azerbaijani-Turkish Business People considers that the business-forum will create conditions for Russia and Turkey to realize large-scale projects in Azerbaijan. The decision to hold business-forum had been made during the visit of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, to Turkey in December 2004.
The forum is organized by the Society of Azerbaijani-Turkish Business People, Azerbaijani-Russian Business Co-operation Chamber, Foreign Economic Relations Council of Turkey and Confederation of Industrialists of Turkey.
