Alekberov said that the experts of the Company are expected to visit Baku in the near future. During the visit, the details will be agreed and negotiations will be held with the Azerbaijan Investment Company which plans to become a partner in the project. The project budget for the cement plant is $110-120 mln, with a capacity of 1-1.25 mln tons. AIC's stake will consist of 20% and the rest will be held by Lafarge.
