Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend , corr. I. Khalilova/ Musa Panahov, Azerbaijan's Deputy Transport Minister, said that the Ministry has launched viewing of a proposal put forward by Kazakhstan concerning the permit system.
The Kazakstan party put forward a proposal concerning cancelling permits for international auto carriers. "We are going to discuss and solve this issue in accordance with the international process, since we intend to be civilized and continue with further cooperation," said Mr. Panahov.
During the official visit of Kazakhstan's Prime-Minister, Karim Masimov to Baku, the parties expressed a wish that they prevent any problems that could result from carrying hydrocarbons and other loads via the Caspian Sea.
