Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr S. Aliyev / The Azerbaijani State Marine Administration (ASMA) and the Marine Administration of Turkey will hold negotiations on 20 April on recognition of the certificates issued by the ASMA in compliance with the requirements of the international Convention on Arrangements, Certification and Sailor Watch. Azerbaijan will be represented by the head of the Marine Administration, Gudret Gurbanov.
The talks will be held with the representatives of the Sea and River Transport of the Ukrainian Transport Ministry in Odessa ( Ukraine) on 21 April.
