Radical Crisis Scenario to Impact Economy Rapidly

Ukraine, Kiev / corr Trend Z.Novosvitskiy / Andrey Blinov, a Ukrainian expert on economic issues, stated that the ongoing political developments in Ukraine through radical scenario is an only milestone which promises rapid impact on economy, Trend Correspondent in Kiev reports.

If political crisis lasts by 6 months without radical actions, the Ukrainian economy demonstrated that even in these conditions it will normally reply, Blinov stressed. The Ukraine business is developing in normal way, the companies and banks enter the credit markets, and Ukraine plans to issue euro-bonds.

The experts regarded the ideas denying any impact of politics on economy as wrong.

Blinov said that any crisis does not necessarily lead to outflow of capital and cessation of remittances to the budget. He confirmed that the truth is in the middle. The economy cannot go forward very fast and respectively, it will impede gradually.

"The key difference of the current situation from the period of 'orange revolution in 2004' is the attitude of people and business towards the ongoing political developments in the country. Though in 2004 there was a definite idea which strongly seized the masses, now supporters are not so high in number, Blinov said. Now it mostly reminds the situation when people fan for different football teams, but not fanatics at all. It is a positive milestone for economy.
