Nissan Micra C+C Headed for Japan

( Worldcarfans ) - Made in and for Europe initially, the Nissan Micra C+C (Coupe and Cabriolet) is destined for a new future in Japan. The first batch should be arriving mid-july, but pre-ordering will start tomorrow (may 11th 2007).

The Nissan Sunderland plant has been thriving on the Micra, and one of the main reasons for exporting this European Japanese car to the land of the rising sun is the roomy, warm and high quality interior, well according to Nissan that is. The C+C has been very popular across Europe (just as the base Micra) and it is most definately distinctive, but in Japan it will also be limited as the initial 2007 shipment consists of only 1500 units.

The C+C comes equipped with the HR16DE engine (110hp) and the specially-tuned suspension delivers a smooth ride for almost 2,5mil yen.
