Azerbaijan and   Hungary Sign Two Inter-Governmental Agreements on Economic Co-operation

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Khalilova / On 18 May Azerbaijan and Hungary signed two Inter-Governmental Agreements on Support and Mutual Protection of Investments and on Co-operation between the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Economy and Transport of Hungary, the Azerbaijani Ministry informs. The signing ceremony took place in Baku at the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan within the visit of the Governmental delegation of Hungary chaired by Foreign Minister King Gerth.

The delegation also included the State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy and Transport, Mitlosh Merengy, Ambassador of Hungary to Turkey and Azerbaijan, Istfand Zabo, Deputy State Secretary of the Foreign Ministry, Lazlo Svike, Advisor to the Prime Minister, Zoloton Biro, and the President of the oil and gas Company MOL, Zslot Hernady.

The meeting with the Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan, Heydar Babayev, focused on the directions of the economic co-operation and issues of expanding trade relations.
