Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Khalilova / Kuwait Finance House (KFH) and Azerbaijan Investment Company (AIC) signed a Memorandum on Intentions, a source in AIC stated.
According to the Memorandum, AIC and KFH will establish a joint investment organization. Joint investment projects will be accomplished in Azerbaijan through the organization. AIC will possess 25% and KFH - 75% of shares in the new organization. As a result of the measures outlined in the Memorandum, favorable conditions will be created for the development of the investment climate in Azerbaijan and the realization of large-scale business projects.
