Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Baku-Vienna direct air flights will promote development of tourism between Azerbaijan and Austria, the Secretary General of the Austrian Economics and Labour Ministry, M. Eichtinger , said during the meeting with Azerbaijani Economic Development Minister, Heydar Babayev .
The development of bilateral trade and economic relationships, the construction of electric stations processing of domestic waste were discussed at the meeting.
Babayev noted that high importance was paid in Azerbaijan to the development of non-oil fields and co-operation with Austria in this connection.
The Secretary General voiced his satisfaction with the oil and gas exhibition held in Baku.
The visit of the Austrian Economics and Labour Minister, M. Bartenstein , to Baku scheduled to September was also considered.
