Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / Intigam Huseynov, the Director General of the Azerbaijani- Russian Insurance company Ateshgah, stated that a meeting of the company will be held in September, 2007.
According to Huseynov, one of the key issues to be discussed at the meeting is the capitalization of the companies, which envisages doubling the companies' capital by AZN 2mln.
The issue concerning increase of joint capital, which currently amounts to AZN 7mln, will also be discussed during the meeting.
The joint Russian-Azerbaijani company Ateshgah was formed in 1996. In 1997 the company received a license for the implementation of insurance operations.
