Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend S.Babayeva / On 22 June Azerbaijan's only cement producer, Garadagh Cement JSC, held a shareholder annual meeting.
The Press-Service of the company reported that the meeting decided to pay dividends to the shareholders for the period of 2006 and the first quarter of 2007.
According to a decision of the meeting, new members were elected to the Supervisory Council and Auditor Committee.
Beginning its activities in Azerbaijan in 1999, a Swiss company of the Holcim Group achieved large success in the internal market of Azerbaijan with Garadagh Cement.
Presently the products of the company are widely used in the implementation of large-scale projects in Azerbaijan, including global energy projects.
