Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr.U.Ismaylova / Eyyub Huseynov, the head of the Azerbaijani Union of Independent Consumers, stated on 7 July that prices fall down by 50% or 60% at the Azerbaijani Consumer market.
According to Huseynov, the fall in prices is observed in agriculture products, including water melons, melons, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and greens.
Experts stated that the process will continue by 20 August
As a result the prices at consumer market will exceed prices as compared to the same period in 2006 by 35%.
