Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / Azerbaijan State Committee on State Property Management will put stocks of several joint-stock companies for sale within 14-18 August, according to official press.
The following JSC will take part in the auction:
- Zagatala Construction and Erection - nominal price of a stock AZN 2, total of 2,417 stocks,
- Akstafa Avtonegliyyat - nominal price of a stock AZN 2, total of 1,930 stocks,
- Sabirabad Construction and Repair - nominal price of a stock AZN 2, total of 2,592 stocks,
- Akstafa Construction and Erection - nominal price of a stock AZN 2, total of 2,578 stocks,
- Akstafa Construction and Repair - nominal price of a stock AZN 2, total of 892 stocks,
- Sheki Construction and Service - nominal price of a stock AZN 2, total of 4,820 stocks,
- Saatly Food Production - nominal price of stock AZN 2, total of 17,415 stocks.
The share of the stock put for auction varies between 15-25%.
