Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / The state service of Azerbaijan Real Estate Registration registered 52,008 agreements on registration of property from January to June, according to the report of the state service.
During the same period 15,961 agreements of primary registration, 28,983 of secondary registration, and 7,064 mortgages were registered in Azerbaijan, including 6,049 agreements of primary registration, 14,787 of secondary, and 4,022 mortgages registered in Baku.
According to the registration, from January to June, 3,730 agreements on purchase and sale of property were signed, including 1,792 agreements in Baku. A total of 9,767 certificates on property registration were issued in Azerbaijan in the aforementioned period, including 1,792 in Baku.
