Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry stocks of "Ata Lizinq" OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 500,000, with a face value per stock at AZN 20. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
"AtaBank" OJSC will be the underwriter of the placement of the stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization which is a member of the "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and having a brokerage license.
