Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Aliyev /A memorandum on mutual understanding in the energy sector was signed between the Azerbaijani Industry and Energy Ministry and the Swiss Department on the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications, Morris Leuenberger, the head of the Department, reported on 8 October.
" Switzerland is interested in additional gas import. We should discuss the issue concerning a pipeline to import Azerbaijan's gas," Leuenberger said.
An agreement on air traffic is to be signed in the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry on 8 October.
