Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Nearly 22.707mln tons of Azeri Light oil was pumped though the Baku - Tbilisi - Ceyhan (BTC) oil export pipeline over ten months of 2007, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) said. The figure was 2.713mln tons in October. Totally 32.100mln tons of oil has been delivered though this pipeline during its exploitation launched in May 2006.
Approximately 22.586mln tons (204 tankers) of Azerbaijani oil was shipped from the Turkish port Ceyhan over January to October though the Baku - Tbilisi - Ceyhan pipeline. 2,237,327 tons oil (26 tankers) were exported from the port. Around 30.373mln tons oil was exported from the Ceyhan port since opening of the Baku - Tbilisi - Ceyhan pipeline.
