Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend S.Agayeva / Iran is interested in co-operating with Azerbaijan with regards to the petrochemistry, said the Chairman of the Iranian Parliament, Gulamali Haddad Adel, on 23 November in Baku at the press conference as a result of his visit to Azerbaijan.
According to him, it deals with the allocation of the Iranian investments into the petrochemistry of Azerbaijan.
The Chairman of the Iranian Parliament said that this issue was discussed with the Azerbaijani side during his current visit.
According to him, Azerbaijan and Iran successfully co-operate in the energy sphere. This co-operation finds its reflection in several years Iranian gas supply to Nakchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan, electricity exchange and construction of the electricity transmission lines.
