Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / In January to November, 38.062mln tons of oil was produced in Azerbaijan, which is by 30.3% more than in the same period of 2006, the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee reported.
Most oil and gas was produced by the Azerbaijani International Operating Company - 30mln tons of oil and 4.859bln cu m of gas.
Some 2.250bln cu m of gas was produced in the Azeri and Chirag fields and 2.609bln cu m in the Shah Deniz.
Oil production in Azerbaijan in January to November 2007 made up 10bln cu m, which is by 60.8% more than in the same period of 2006.
In January to November Azerbaijan produced 18.245bln KW per hour of electric power, and that is by 10.3% less than in 2006.
