Azerbaijan, Baku / / Trend / Staff changes took place in the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR). Badal Badalov was appointed as the manager of the Social Development of company, by order of the president of SOCAR, Rovnag Abdullayev. Before Badalov was the head of the Baku Oil Refining plant after the name of Heydar Aliyev, SOCAR reports. Currently Elman Ismaylov, acting executive head of the plant, was appointed as the head of the plant.
Tofik Gahramanov, before was the head of the Department on Strategic Development of Refining in SOCAR, was appointed as the head on Marketing and Economic Operations of SOCAR. Mukhtar Aliyev was replaced by Gahramanov by the order of the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Aliyev was appointed as the vice-president of SOCAR on Ecological Issues.
