Azerbaijan, Baku, 16 January / Trend corr. S.Aliyev / The development of the electric power sector will be discussed during a meeting in Tokyo, Japan, from 19 January to 3 February. Azerbaijan will attend the meeting, the Azerbaijani Industry and Energy Ministry reported.
Parviz Mammadov, the head of the State Energy Control Department at the Industry and Energy Ministry, will represent Azerbaijan at the meeting.
The participants of the meeting will be familiarized with the current state of the energy sector of Azerbaijan, implemented projects and prospects for development of the sector in the Azerbaijani economy the Ministry reported.
