Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 Jnauary / Trend / The Azerigas JCSC implemented re-structuring of enterprises, which enter JCSC, the company reported on 18 January.
Under JCSC decision, all exploitation managements in cities and regions, excluding the Baku gas exploitation management and Nakhchivangas JCSC, will lose their legal status and will enter the new established Purchase and sale of natural gas JCSC.
Re-structuring of enterprises are being carried out in order to create the two staged sale of natural gas and eliminate the negative influence on the financial state of JCSC.
