Azerbaijan, Baku, 22 January / Trend / The Marketing and Economic Operations Department of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) closed tenders on the mineral oil sale in the first half of 2008, SOCAR said.
"The supply of the mineral oil through the tenders will be carried out as soon as there is product," the company said.
The winner of the tender on the acquisition of diesel was TOTSA who will transport it through the Batumi Port of Georgia. The company Vilma Oil will transport kerosene through Port Poti of Georgia.
The mineral oil which will be sold in Georgia was won in the SOCAR tender by Georgia Energy.
The company Petrofarm will obtain diesel in Azerbaijan to transport to Iran. East Energy won the tender on the acquisition of petrol which will be transported to Iran. The mineral oil in Azerbaijan is produced in two refineries with a multimode power of 20 mln per year.
