The percentage of subscribers' payments comprised 58% in March, while in March 2007 it was merely 32%. Population consumed over 161mln KW/hour in March 2008, while it was 254mln KW/hour in March 2007.
In March 2008, the regional power supply networks consumed 455mln KW/per hour, and in the same period of 2007 it was 537mln KW/hour.
Drop in power consumption and increase in payments for the supplied power was caused by implementation of the program on setting up metres, supply of high-quality and stable power, prevention of overloading of the lines.
