In 2009 Azerbaijan to Decrease Mazut Production

Azerbaijan, Baku 1 November / Trend / In 2009 Azerbaijan intends to decrease mazut production by more than two times up to 540,000 tons the forecasts of Public budget for 2009-2012 years. During the next years the reduction in the production will continue and will be 491,400 tons in 2010, 397,000 tons in 2011, 311,300 tons in 2012.

In 2009 approximately 1.8mln tons of gasoline, 687,500 tons of reactive fuel, 22,000 tons of kerosene, 2.76mln tons of diesel fuel, 221,000 tons of oil coke and 220,000 tons of oil bitumen in Azerbaijan are forecasted to be produced in Azerbaijan.

During 2009-2012 more than 7mln tons of gasoline, 2.7mln tons of reactive fuel, 11mln tons of diesel fuel, 1.7mln tons of mazut, 884,000 tons of oil coke and 1.12mln tons of oil bitumen are planned to be produced in Azerbaijan.
