Kazakhstan, Astana, November 12 / Trend , corr K. Konirova/ Energy Minister of Kazakhstan Sauat Minbayev and President of Kazmunaygaz Kairgeldi Kabildin will arrive in Baku on November 13, Azerbaijani Embassy in Kazakhstan said.
Minbayev and Kabildin will attend the 4th energy security summit of Caspian, Black Sea and Baltic Sea regions to be held in Baku.
The summit will focus on opportunities of diversification of energy supply sources and transit routes and stepping up competitiveness of energy resources market.
The previous summit took place in Kiev in May 2007 and the first one in Krakow (Poland) in 2007.
