Trend E.Ismaylov / Due to worsening of the weather conditions in Baku, the consumption of electric power by the subscribers increased by 10-12% - to 28mln kWt/h per day, Bakielektrikshebeke OSC, which deals with the electricity distribution in the capital of Azerbaijan, said on Dec. 15.Bakielektrikshebeke is prepared to completely ensure supply of necessary volume of electricity, OSC said.
Bakielektrikshebeke buys electric power from Azerenerji OSC, which is the basic producer of electric power in the country.
"All preparatory works for the winter season have been carried out," Head of Azerenerji, Etibar Piriverdiyev, said formerly.According to him, "there are no problems with the electricity supplyof the country, and when they appear, they will be solved immediately".
Over the next 5-6 years, there are plans to complete reconstruction of the distributive electric networks of the country, Piriverdiyev said.
