JSC KazMunaiGaz expressed its willingness to sell TbilGaz if investment companies' investments including provided debt financing and financial assistance will be reimbursed, KazMunayGas President Kairgeldy Kabyldin said at a press conference in Astana.
"I have talked about it at a press conference during the exhibition Oil & Gas - Kazakhstan "(KIOGE) this autumn. All that is bought is sold. The problem is in price," said the head of JSC.
According to the company, the value of the KazTransGas - Tbilisi is $150 million.
The KazTransGas - Tbilisi is a "daughter" of JSC KazTransGas (consisting of KazMunayGas ) with 100 percent equity participation in authorized capital.
