Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences Institute of Chemical to conduct joint study with European colleagues

In 2009-2012, the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (NASA) Y. Mammdaliyev Petrochemical Institute and European research centers and institutes will carry out joint scientific work under the EU FP-7, said NASA.

The joint study will be held on the development of new methods of synthesis of metal-polymer materials with high electrical conductivity, search and study of efficient catalysts for obtaining hydrogen from water, synthesis and study of new polymer materials with magnetic electric.

Efficient catalysts for making methane into methanol, development of new methods of synthesis and molecular clusters nanomeasuring magnetite - magnetic materials, development of technologies for efficient, economic and environmental biodiesel will be studied, the report says
